ONLINE ASBESTOS REGISTERS

ACM Manager makes asbestos risk information quickly and easily available to those people that come into contact with your ACMs by providing asbestos registers in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format.

Your administrator provides your operatives with usernames and passwords that give them secure access, via the internet, to information for the whole of your organisation.

Each asbestos register report contains;

  • An index indicating the location of materials
  • Site drawings
  • A list of areas not accessed
  • Photographs of materials
  • Details of each material.

ASBESTOS ACTION PLANS

ACM Manager allows you to enter planned actions for your ACMs so that you can produce action plans. It also has a quote facility that enables you to produce a report of your ACMs and planned actions that can be sent to your contractors so that they price jobs for you.

REINSPECTION AND REVIEW SCHEDULE AND AUTOMATED EMAIL REMINDERS

Once your administrator has set your system parameters you can view a schedule of the dates that re-inspections and reviews are due for each property in your organisation and whatsmore you will automatically be Emailed reminders just before your reviews and re-inspections become due.

EASY TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN ASBESTOS REGISTERS

Entering your asbestos information is simple whether you do it manually from hardcopy (paper) registers or you get us to automatically upload it from your existing database system.

The system provides a number of tools that make maintaining the registers and a historical record a simple task that can be performed by computer users with little experience of asbestos management. Simply enter details of any works that you've had carried out and ACM Manager will update your asbestos register in real-time.

REPORTS

The system produces a number of reports including;

  • A list of ACMs in order of material risk;
  • A list of ACMs in order of priority;
  • A compliance report;

    • SECURITY

    ACM Manager has a tiered privelege regime with each level having different functionality available to them. When you sign-up you will be given a single user name and password which will be for your administrator who has full priveleges. The administrator can then create users and assign them as either read-only (contractors, operatives) or update (asbestos management team).

    SURVEY COMPANIES AND PROPERTY MANAGERS

    Version 2 of ACM Manager now includes two different type of login; Manager and Tenants.Manager logins are aimed at asbestos management companies and property managers that have many clients all with distinct asbestos data. It provides a single login and gives access to all of your clients data from a single screen.

    Tenant logins are at the opposite end of the scale and provide access to a single site within a user's portfolio thus maintaining discretion where this is important such as within a Local authority.

    INTERACTION WITH YOUR EXISTING SYSTEMS

    The data you have stored in our database can now be securely accessed via an XML Web Service or by an SQL query of your own subset (MySQL view) of the database. Many of your existing asset management and/or health and safety systems will be able to use these methods to interact with ACM Manager and display asbestos information.
